Does someone know how to download movies from the Comcast DVR to my computer?

I notice that they are 3 cable imput on the Comcast DVR box. Audio, video output etc.
how can I download to download does movies to my pc, do I have to buy a special cable…..?
I am open to suggestions…

Those three cables are probably composite cables (red white yellow).
You can transfer video with DVD Xpress.
With DVD Xpress you can transfer your video to your hard drive and then edit it if you desire. DVD Xpress comes with basic video editing software. I got mine at Sam’s for $59.95.
I saw a newer model at WalMart the other day. It was the DVD Xpress2. It was $39.95. You can check one out here
You connect the composite output (red white yellow) of your DVR into the DVD Xpress and connect the DVD Xpress to your computer via a USB cable.
